As I said its a short one but I think he makes his point “As Advertized”. I wonder if he tried it on a boat?
I ordered flex seal by automated ordering, it was after 5pm and that is the only way to order. They ask for your credit card info as well as personal info first which I gave them. They then follow up with a mutiple offers including an offer for a new product which is a light color. They asked how many I wanted, I clearly stated NONE, the disembodied voice then repeated NINE, I SCREAMED NOT NINE, NONE, ZERO, BUT THE machine kept repeating nine. The machine on the other side then said my oder was complete without the opportunity to correct THEIR MISTAKE. I e- mailed telling them to cance. I called their so called customer service the following morning at 6am. The young man said to bad so sad the order had been processed but that he would give me an RM number and when I sent the products back I would get credit. Really? Well till then I am out $217 dollars for product I DID NOT ORDER. PLUS I WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OUT OF MY OWN POCKET TO RETURN THE MERCHANDISE. I will return it ALLLLLLLL WHEN I RECEIVE IT since their customer service is so bad I don’t care how well the product works. My experiece with them was hello. Just beware you cannnot speak to a human being for anything except between the hours of 6- to 5 pm Monday thru Friday. Who does that? The disembodied voice who originally took my oder did not give me the courtesy to verify my oder. I guess since they have your credit card up front they figure they can do whatever THEY WANT. Take it for what it is worth. The product cannot be worth the crap they have put me thru.
I had the same experience with the phone site.. got an extra can jumbo by accident an had no way to halt the process.. So i got their info an called the office in Van Nuys Ca. As soon as I hung up with the site, they told me they didn’t have access till 24 hours after of course followed them up the next day. Got a hold of someone an got my order corrected.. but what a racket, they even had the nerve to try an sell me again on their long list of “stuff” after calling to complain about their deceptive phone site. omg really a mad customer an you try an push more “stuff” wow
And really 20 dollars shipping charge really!! I told the lady I can drive to Van Nuys for less I’m 2 counties away.
I ordered Flex Seal and it DOES NOT WORK! I used it to repair a small hole in my kayak and tried applying 3 seperate coats on both inside and outside of leak. I tested it several times and the bond does NOT hold and easily rubs off. When I contacted the company to get a refund they would not work with me because it was slightly over 30 days. I thought they would back their own product but they refused a refund. Please DO NOT BUY this if you are using for any repair on a watercraft or boat.

I got it I had a leak in my boat. I put 3 coats on and it worked great, held up. I would use agian big time
